1. The Information Technology Based Lending Service is a civil agreement between the Lender and the Loan Recipient, so that all risks arising from the agreement are borne entirely by each party.
2. Credit risk or default is borne entirely by the Lender. There is no state institution or authority responsible for the risk of default.
3. The Operator with the approval of each User (Lender and / or Loan Recipient) accesses, obtains, saves, manages and / or uses the Users personal data ("Utilization of Data") on or inside objects, electronic devices (including smartphones or cellular telephone), hardware (software), software (software), electronic documents, applications or electronic systems belonging to the User or controlled by the User, by notifying the purpose, limits and mechanism of the Utilization of the Data to the User before obtaining the intended consent.
4. Lenders who do not have the knowledge and experience of lending and borrowing are advised not to use this service.
5. The Loan Recipient must consider the loan interest rate and other fees in accordance with the ability to repay the loan.
6. Every fraud is digitally recorded in cyberspace and can be known to the wider community on social media.
7. Users must read and understand this information before making a decision to become a Lender or Loan Recipient.
8. The Government, in this case the Financial Services Authority, is not responsible for any violations or non-compliance by Users, both Lenders and Loan Recipients (either due to intentions or negligence of Users) to the provisions of laws and agreements or agreements between the Provider and the Lenders and / or Loan Recipients.
9. Every loan and lending transaction or activity or implementation of an agreement regarding lending and borrowing involving or Providers, Lenders, and / or Recipients must be carried out through an escrow account and virtual account as required under the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77 / POJK.01 / 2016 regarding Information Technology-Based Lending and Borrowing Services and violations or non-compliance with these provisions is evidence of violation of law by the Operator so that the Operator must bear the compensation suffered by each User as a direct result of the violation of the aforementioned law without reducing User rights suffered losses according to the Civil Code.

PT Dana Aguna Nusantara is a limited liability company engaged in information technology-based lending services ("Organizer"). The organizer has the authority to operate a service site that is engaged in information technology-based money lending services, with the domain name www.danamart.id or as changed from time to time by the Operator ("Platform").

The Organizer hereby declares that any information contained in the Platform is only information or general description. That what is contained in the Platform is not intended as professional advice and Platform users can ask professional advice from other parties who are more competent in accordance with the problems at hand. The Operator is not responsible for losses suffered by users of the Platform in any form.

Users understand and agree that the use and implementation of activities on the Platform is based on the policies and risks of the users themselves and not as an offer, request, invitation, suggestion, or recommendation to invest in securities, capital market products, or other financial services. The user further understands that the Provider in providing services on the Platform is only limited to administrative functions, namely as a liaison between the lender and the recipient of the loan.

Any funding or flow of funds managed by the Operator is not and will not be considered as a deposit held by the Operator as stipulated in legislation concerning the banking sector in Indonesia. The user agrees to release, defend and release the Operator, affiliated company and the directors, officials, employees and agents of and against any and all claims, obligations, losses and costs (including legal fees and reasonable settlement amounts) arising from or relating to or that may arise from the use and / or access of the Operators services on the Platform.
